Task: To inform parents and guardians of North End Middle School students of:

• The schools two buildings and their layouts
• The 8th, 7th and 6th grade team breakdowns
• Unified Arts teams
• Acedemic rosters
• Teacher subject areas and room assignments

Audience: Parents and Guardians of North End Middle School Students

Time Required: Approximately 10 minutes.

Context: A PowerPoint presentation will be given during open house and addressed by the Administration as it is shown from a projector. It will continue to play the entire evening in kiosk mode (looped continuously) so parents can refer to it throughout the evening as needed.

Tools: Windows computer with MS PowerPoint and a menia player installed.

Prior Knowledge: Childs grade level and homeroom teachers name.

Support Materials: Copies of the presentation will be made and stapled according to each grade level 6th ,7th and 8th as well as Unified Arts.
