  The people who will be viewing the Powerpoint presentation will be the parents of students at the North End Middle School so there will be several different types of "Learners". These types range from the parents of the 6th graders who know nothing about the buildings, to the parents of students in the higher grade levels who may know the building but need to know the new team thier child is in and where it is located. Parents of students who transferred in will also find the presentation very helpful.

Non-English speaking parents will find the presentation easy to use because it will list only the teachers name and room number not an abundance of information. The information given should be easily understood regardless of English speaking skills.

The presentation is to be used as an aid for parents and guardians of students so they can become famimiar with:

• The 8th, 7th and 6th grade team breakdowns
• Acedemic rosters
• Teacher subject areas and room assignmentshe schools two buildings and their layouts

The presentation will be given during open house and will be shown from a projector in kiosk mode (looped continuously) so "Learners" can refer to it throughout the evening as needed.

The "Learners" will also be given handouts for each house as needed as well as the Unified Arts classes.
