Using MP3 Files Designed by RMS Prod./Design

Objective: This lesson was designed to familiarize it's viewers with MP3 files and the software needed to play or record them.  Materials: No materials are needed for this lesson. However you can go to any of the different links and download the software.  Audience: Beggining MP3 users.

 
  •  MP3 files are like WAV files except they are "streamed" .
  • This allows your computer to play a section of the music while decoding the next section.

 Encoder - Uncodes the file as it streams and converts the information to your MP3 PLAYER.
